One World Festival 2014 Somerset

The One World Festival organisers have moved venues, this year they will be operating in Somerset, I will still be providing a week long workshop on Mindfulness Meditation and will Love to see you visit the Festival and join the Meditation workshop.

Set in the heart of Somerset, surrounded by fields and nature, is the lovely Brymore Academy. With 120 acres of land, an outdoor heated swimming pool, its own vegetable farm (that will be supplying some of our veg), woodland, mountain bike tracks, sports facilities, and gorgeous traditional buildings to house the festival – it’s just the perfect place for us. We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it.

Plus – as a bonus – we have better and larger accommodation facilities (some en-suite), meaning great comfort for all of us, and a fabulous holiday in every way!  And it is only in fact 90 minutes away from Croft Farm, and even closer to London, so hopefully the change will cause the minimum of difficulties. (The nearest big city is Bristol)

Of course if you booked indoor accommodation we have already reserved you a bedroom. For campers, the two campsites (“dead quiet” and “lively”) are both very close to the heart of the action and the facilities within the site are excellent as well. We are at the moment printing a general newsletter to all our mailing and will be calling you personally this coming week to discuss any questions you may have.

Chilling by the pool, exploring the nearby coast and Bridgwater Bay Nature Reserve, visiting Glastonbury, Bath or Wells, or of course, enjoying the hundreds of workshops and entertainment we have lined up this year – whatever you choose to do with your time, we’re confident it’s going to rock your world!
Let’s enjoy together! See you very soon!

Completed Meditation Workshops

The Meditation workshops went well at the One World Festival, with an average of ten people a day showing up to learn and grow, I introduced to our lovely students the basic techniques for focused meditation, Transcendental Meditation and open eye meditation for the first 4 days and on the final day of the workshop we did some guided Meta (Heartfelt) Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Meditation, both healing and growing meditations.

This August bank holiday weekend I will be visiting the SuperSpirit festival and will be doing workshops on Wizardry and with luck some more meditation workshops.

This is an interesting audio interview from the Heart Math Institute that you can download that discusses how the brain/mind use’s negativity to learn with, which was one of the discussions in my Meditation workshops.

May happy times follow you all
